and Conditions
AGREEMENT
By filling in our Tour Reservation Form you agree that you accept
all Terms and Conditions allowing us (Nandar Kan) the means to
perform services on your behalf. All persons named in this booking
are subject to this agreement and your reservation implies the
acceptance of all terms by all participants named.
RESPONSIBLITY
Nandar Kan Travels and Tours Co., Ltd. acts as an agent in securing
all aspects of these tours and is responsible to the participants
for the arrangements, services, and accommodations included only in
such capacity. Nandar Kan, its agents, and/or employees shall not be
responsible for personal injury or property damage arising out of
the act of negligence of any direct or associated carrier, hotel, or
other person rendering services or accommodations; nor is Nandar Kan
responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, or delay in any means
of transportation or any event beyond the actual control of Nandar
Kan, its agents or suppliers. In the event it becomes necessary or
advisable, for any reason, to alter the itinerary or arrangements,
such alterations may be made. Additional expenses, if any, will be
paid by passengers, likewise, any savings will be shared by
passengers. Nandar Kan reserves the right to decline, accept, or
retain at any time, any person as a participant of any tour, or to
cancel any tour.
DEPOSITS/ RESERVATION/PAYMENT
A Deposit Payment of USD100 per person per tour no later than 45
days prior (non-refundable) to tour departure date.
Your reservation will be confirmed to you via e-mail on receipt of a
non-refundable deposit of US$100 per person within 7 days of booking
or the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made
less than 45 days before tour departure.
*****Nandar Kan offers a number of budget tour programs such as:
Thanaka Tours, Umbrella Tours, Backpacker Tours and day trips at
very competitive prices. Such tours, depending on the cost and the
number of persons per booking normally does not require a deposit.
In some cases, due to telegraphic transfer bank charges, Nandar Kan
prefers to be paid in USD on arrival. Contact Nandar Kan for

Nandar Kan reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply
cancellation charges should payments not be received within the
above specified periods.
ILLNESSES OR ABSENTISM
In case you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for
reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in
support of any insurance claim. We regret that we are not able to
make refunds for absences from a tour, including but not limited to
missed meals, unused hotel stays or sightseeing.
CANCELLATIONS, BOOKING CHANGES REFUNDS
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Nandar
Kan via fax or e-mail.
A fee of US$20 per person will be charged for any revision or
alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. A
change of tour date or tour itinerary within 45 days of tour
departure will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation
fees will apply.
All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are net, non
commissionable. Payment should be made in USD cash or by telegraphic
transfer to the following bank account:

TRANPORTATION
Domestic air, train, motor cycle, bus, car, boat, horse cart for
transfer and/or sightseeing will be provided according to the
confirmed program. Transportation which is not mentioned in the
confirmed program is not included.
EXCLUSIONS
The tours do not include all other trip costs such as international
airfares, medical insurance, excess baggage charges, or any personal
items. Meals in addition to those mentioned in the itinerary are
excluded, as well as any unpaid optional tour or sightseeing event.
Drinks are typically excluded.
INSURANCE
We would like to recommend our clients to obtain the necessary
insurance for personal baggage, medical and accident before arrival.
SOS Worldwide has a local representative office in Yangon with a 24
hour on call service for emergency evacuation and medical
assistance. Every visitor must provide proof of health insurance. We
recommend insurance that includes emergency medical evacuation.
TOUR PARTICIPATION
Children under 5 years of age are ineligible. Children under 18
years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers with
disabilities are welcome on Nandar Kan tours providing they are
accompanied by an able-bodied companion and do not require special
assistance from Nandar Kan personnel. Nandar Kan reserves the right
to refuse to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope
with the requirements of travel in Myanmar and who may require
services and facilities that Nandar Kan cannot guarantee will be
available. You agree to not hold Nandar Kan responsible for any
decision made by any of them or any service provider to refuse to
carry you, provide any facilities or accommodation to you or to
provide any service to you.
ITINERARY CHANGES
Nandar Kan strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such
improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our
control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary
itineraries and to substitute hotels if we feel we can offer you
better value for money without sacrificing quality.
EXTENDED STAYS
If you have arranged with us to remain at a destination before or
after your tour, please understand your stay will be at your sole
expense as is the transfer to either the hotel or airport.
Regrettably, Nandar Kan is unable to provide transfers for
passengers booking pre and post night accommodation. Please also be
aware if your extra night hotel is not the hotel where your tour
begins and ends, you will be responsible for your own transfer
arrangements at your own expense.
TOUR CANCELLATION
Nandar Kan reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour
departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances
beyond its control.
Nandar Kan is not responsible for any other travel arrangements
affected due to our cancellations.
