Dawei

Dawei is located about 614.3 km south of Yangon, on the northern bank of Dawei river, can reached by car, air or by boad from Yangon and Mawlamyine. Dawei is the capital of Thanintarye Division in the South of Myanmar. It is founded in 1750 AD. The products are rubber, dried fish and seafood and also Dawei longyi is famous among the Myanmar.
Maungmagan Beach resort famous for its clear blue water and white sand which is situated 4.8km north west of Dawei.
